			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Your joints include your neck, your shoulders, your elbows, your wrists, your fingers, your hips, your knees, your ankles, your toes, and even your spine. As you can see, there are many parts of your body that has joints. They absorb a lot of stress and impact for our body. It is critical that you take care of these joints. They do not take care of themselves. Any comprehensive physical fitness system needs to address the issue of joint care and joint mobility. The more mobile your joints are; the less likelihood of any injuries to occur on those joints.</p>
<p>Most people would do static movements such as hamstring stretches or similar movements to warm up their bodies. That is good. But, you should include ballistic movements to improve joint mobility and to properly warm or cool your body down. Ballistic movements such as shoulder rotations, spinal rotations, and other dynamic movements provide needed mobility to your joints.</p>
<p>You will need to work on your joint mobility on a regular basis in order to improve your joint mobility.</p>
<p>Movements to improve your joint mobility will also decompress your joints of regular strain and pain. Because your joints move in various directions, you will have to take into consideration with that in order to properly take care of those joints. For example, when you do shoulder rotations, you must rotate your shoulders in both directions (swimming forward and swimming backward). You will &#8220;lubricate&#8221; your shoulders when you do these shoulder rotations on a regular basis.</p>
<p>If you just do regular strength training with no joint mobility, you will cause strain and pain on your joints.</p>
<p>Joint care and mobility is essential for the physical fitness for your entire body. It is critical for the health and fitness of your entire body.</p>
